工作职责：

1.负责产品的标准化管理；
2.负责产品的QCD分析和优化；
3.参与重要/难点设备机械结构审核；
4.调研市场并提出内部研发需求，进行新产品的研发和设计管理，同时利用现有项目中使用的部分设备。
1.Be responsible for the standardization management of products.

3.Participate in the review of the mechanical structure of important/difficult equipment.
4.Conduct market research and put forward internal research and development needs, manage the research and development and design of new products, and make use of some of the equipment used in existing projects at the same time.

任职资格：

1.博士及以上学历，机械、机电一体化或相关专业；
2.有丰富的机械设计经验，有快速分析问题的能力；
3.具备较好的成本理念，并在项目中具备成本分析经验。能够在设计过程中考虑成本因素，并进行成本控制和优化；
4.沟通能力优秀，能够与不同团队成员、供应商和客户进行有效的沟通和协调。能够清晰表达需求、聆听他人意见并解决问题；
5.具备对项目和设备设计过程中不足之处进行总结的能力。能够从项目经验中吸取教训，识别并改进设计流程、标准和方法。
1.A doctorate degree or above in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or related majors.
2.Have rich mechanical design experience and the ability to analyze problems quickly.
3.Have a good cost concept and cost analysis experience in projects. Be able to consider cost factors during the design process and carry out cost control and optimization.
4.Have excellent communication skills, and be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with different team members, suppliers, and customers. Be able to clearly express requirements, listen to others' opinions, and solve problems.
5.Have the ability to summarize the deficiencies in the project and equipment design process. Be able to draw lessons from project experiences, identify and improve design processes, standards, and methods.
