工作职责:

1. 技术研发与创新:
主导新型连接工艺的可行性研究及开发,解决异种材料连接(钢-铝、金属-复合材料)的技术难题;
跟踪行业前沿技术,评估其在轻量化、新能源车等场景的应用潜力;
制定技术路线图,推动公司连接工艺技术迭代。
2. 工艺设计与优化:
参与整车或零部件的同步工程(SE),提供连接工艺选型建议;
解决量产中的工艺缺陷,提出改进方案;
主导SPC(统计过程控制)分析,监控工艺稳定性,降低缺陷率;
主导新工艺导入项目(NPI),协调试制、验证及量产全流程;
支持客户技术交流,提供定制化解决方案。
3. 技术赋能与知识沉淀:
编写技术文档(工艺手册、失效分析报告),建立连接工艺数据库;
参与行业论坛或学术会议,输出技术影响力。
1.Technological Research, Development and Innovation:
Lead the feasibility study and development of new connection processes, and solve the technical problems of connecting dissimilar materials (steel-aluminum, metal-composite materials);
Keep track of cutting-edge technologies in the industry and evaluate their application potential in scenarios such as lightweighting and new energy vehicles;
Formulate a technology roadmap to promote the iteration of the company's connection process technology.
2.Process Design and Optimization:
Participate in the synchronous engineering (SE) of complete vehicles or parts, and provide suggestions for the selection of connection processes;
Solve the process defects in mass production and propose improvement plans;
Lead the Statistical Process Control (SPC) analysis, monitor the process stability, and reduce the defect rate;
Lead the New Process Introduction (NPI) project, and coordinate the whole process of trial production, verification and mass production;
Support technical exchanges with customers and provide customized solutions.
3.Technological Empowerment and Knowledge Accumulation:
Write technical documents (process manuals, failure analysis reports) and establish a connection process database;
Participate in industry forums or academic conferences to exert technical influence.


任职资格:

1.博士及以上学历,焊接相关或材料工程相关专业;
2.熟悉汽车及相关行业连接工艺技术;
3.熟悉仿真与数据分析,可以主导使用CAE工具(ANSYS、LS-DYNA)进行工艺仿真、利用Python/MATLAB进行参数优化等工作。
4.快速定位工艺缺陷根因能力,平衡工艺性能与成本能力,熟悉连接设备的工作原理及调试方法。
5.具备丰富的技术人脉资源与高校研究合作经验;
6.具备跨文化沟通能力,能在国际化工作环境中流畅使用英语及其他语言。
1.A doctorate degree or above in majors related to welding or materials engineering;
2.Familiar with the connection process technologies in the automotive and related industries;
3.Familiar with simulation and data analysis, and be able to lead the use of CAE tools (ANSYS, LS-DYNA) for process simulation, and use Python/MATL4.AB for parameter optimization and other tasks.
5.Have the ability to quickly locate the root cause of process defects, the ability to balance process performance and cost, and be familiar with the working principles and debugging methods of connection equipment.
6.Have rich technical networking resources and experience in research cooperation with universities;
7.Have cross-cultural communication skills and be able to use English and other languages fluently in an international working environment.
