工作职责:

1.主导工业控制器的架构设计,确保系统具备高实时性和稳定性,以满足汽车装备在复杂工况下的精准控制需求;运用编程语言实现控制逻辑,优化代码结构,提升控制器的运行效率和可靠性;基于控制理论,开发创新的控制算法,提高系统的动态响应和稳态精度;引入自动化智能化编程技术,提高编程效率,降低人为错误;建立智能程序审核机制,对程序进行多维度评估,确保其安全性、稳定性和高效性;
2.开展高精度运动算法的研究与开发,针对汽车装备的复杂运动轨迹,实现高精度、平滑的运动控制;构建精准的运动模型,通过对机械结构和运动特性的深入分析,为运动控制提供准确的数学基础;探索自然语言编程在运动控制中的应用,使编程更加直观、便捷,降低开发门槛;结合控制理论和运动预测技术,对运动过程进行实时预测和调整,提高系统的适应性和稳定性;
3.负责现场总线技术的深度应用,根据项目需求,选择合适的总线协议,如 Canopen、Ethercat、PROFINET、ethernet/ip 以及 TSN 等,进行系统集成;优化总线配置,提高系统的实时性和可靠性,确保设备之间的高效通信和协同工作;对现场总线进行故障诊断和排除,保障系统的稳定运行。
1.Lead the architecture design of industrial controllers to ensure that the system has high real-time performance and stability, meeting the precise control requirements of automotive equipment under complex working conditions. Implement control logic using programming languages, optimize the code structure, and improve the operation efficiency and reliability of the controller. Based on control theory, develop innovative control algorithms to enhance the dynamic response and steady-state accuracy of the system. Introduce automated and intelligent programming technologies to improve programming efficiency and reduce human errors. Establish an intelligent program review mechanism to conduct multi-dimensional evaluations of the program, ensuring its security, stability, and high efficiency.
2.Conduct research and development of high-precision motion algorithms. For the complex motion trajectories of automotive equipment, achieve high-precision and smooth motion control. Construct accurate motion models. Through in-depth analysis of the mechanical structure and motion characteristics, provide an accurate mathematical foundation for motion control. Explore the application of natural language programming in motion control to make programming more intuitive and convenient, and lower the development threshold. Combine control theory and motion prediction technology to conduct real-time prediction and adjustment of the motion process, improving the adaptability and stability of the system.
3.Be responsible for the in-depth application of fieldbus technology. According to project requirements, select appropriate bus protocols such as Canopen, Ethercat, PROFINET, ethernet/ip, and TSN, etc., for system integration. Optimize the bus configuration to improve the real-time performance and reliability of the system, ensuring efficient communication and collaborative work among devices. Conduct fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of the fieldbus to ensure the stable operation of the system.


任职资格:

1.博士及以上学历,控制工程、人工智能、计算机科技、数控驱动类等相关专业;
2.熟练掌握工业控制器、运动控制和现场总线技术,具备丰富的实践经验;
3.精通多种编程语言,如 C/C++、Python 等,能够进行高效的程序开发和优化;
4.深入理解控制理论,能够熟练运用各种控制算法解决实际问题;
5.熟悉自动化智能化编程技术,如代码自动生成、智能调试等;
6.掌握运动算法、运动模型和运动预测技术,能够实现高精度的运动控制;
7.精通现场总线协议,如 Canopen、Ethercat、PROFINET、ethernet/ip 以及 TSN 等,具备丰富的总线系统集成经验;
8.了解装备类的生产工艺和流程,能够根据实际需求进行技术创新和优化;
9.掌握市场转化的相关知识,能够将研究成果转化为实际产品或解决方案;
10.拥有丰富外部技术人脉资源与高校研究合作经验,优秀应届博士亦考虑;
11.具备海外研究或工作经验者优先,能够快速融入国际化团队并带来前沿技术理念。
1.A doctorate degree or above in related majors such as control engineering, artificial intelligence, computer science and technology, numerical control drive, etc.
2.Have a proficient command of industrial controller, motion control, and fieldbus technologies, and possess rich practical experience.
3.Be proficient in multiple programming languages such as C/C++, Python, etc., and be able to carry out efficient program development and optimization.
4.Have an in-depth understanding of control theory and be able to skillfully apply various control algorithms to solve practical problems.
5.Be familiar with automated and intelligent programming technologies such as automatic code generation and intelligent debugging.
6.Master motion algorithms, motion models, and motion prediction technologies, and be able to achieve high-precision motion control.
7.Be proficient in fieldbus protocols such as Canopen, Ethercat, PROFINET, ethernet/ip, and TSN, etc., and have rich experience in bus system integration.
8.Have an understanding of the production processes and procedures of equipment, and be able to carry out technological innovation and optimization according to actual needs.
9.Master relevant knowledge of market transformation, and be able to transform research results into actual products or solutions.
10.Have rich external technical networking resources and experience in research cooperation with universities. Outstanding fresh doctorate graduates will also be considered.
11.Those with overseas research or work experience will be given priority, and are expected to quickly integrate into an international team and bring cutting-edge technological concepts.
