
工作职责:
1.前沿技术调研,技术路径规划,储备技术研究;
2.全新产品开发,根据不同领域的客户要求,提出有效的解决方案;
3.研发过程难点攻关,如核心器件材料研究,核心单元结构设计,原理机设计及测试验证;
4.参与传动原理设计及理论计算,零件结构设计,零件强度和刚度设计,零件精度设计,零件材料、热处理、表面处理工艺等制定。
1.Conduct research on cutting-edge technologies, plan technical routes, and carry out research on reserve technologies.
2.Develop new products and put forward effective solutions according to the requirements of customers from different fields.
3.Tackle the difficult points in the R&D process, such as research on core device materials, design of core unit structures, design, testing and verification of prototype machines.
4.Participate in the design and theoretical calculation of transmission principles, design of part structures, design of part strength and stiffness, design of part precision, and formulation of part materials, heat treatment, surface treatment processes, etc.
任职资格:
1.博士及以上学历,机械、机电一体化、焊接相关或材料工程等相关专业;
2.熟练掌握机械设计、机械原理、机械加工、机械金属材料等机械相关的专业知识;
3.熟练掌握常用传动方式的设计计算,关键部件的受力分析及寿命校核。
4.拥有丰富外部技术人脉资源与高校研究合作经验,优秀应届博士亦考虑;
5.具备海外研究或工作经验者优先,能够快速融入国际化团队并带来前沿技术理念。
1.A doctorate degree or above in related majors such as mechanical engineering, mechatronics, welding-related majors, or materials engineering.
2.Have a proficient command of professional knowledge related to machinery, such as mechanical design, mechanical principles, machining, and mechanical metallic materials.
3.Be proficient in the design and calculation of common transmission methods, as well as the force analysis and life assessment of key components.
4.Have rich external technical networking resources and experience in research cooperation with universities. Outstanding fresh doctorate graduates will also be considered.
5.Those with overseas research or work experience will be given priority, and should be able to quickly integrate into an international team and bring cutting-edge technological concepts.
