
工作职责:
1. 基于生产制造环节物联数据,结合领域专家知识,利用技术手段及通用分析模型,对数据进行探索性分析,发现数据规律,挖掘数据价值,形成数据模型;
2. 根据研究算法编写及封装相关应用程序;
3. 协助开发团队实现数据模型到在线应用的转化及相关项目实施;
4. 对机器学习、深度学习等算法技术选择进行评审;
5. 跟踪国内外新算法技术的应用和落地进展,出具国际前沿的技术调研分析报告,复现前沿算法并应用到产品实际场景。
1.Based on the IoT data in the production and manufacturing process, combine the knowledge of domain experts, and use technical means and general analysis models to conduct exploratory analysis of the data, discover data patterns, tap the value of the data, and form a data model.
2.Write and encapsulate relevant application programs according to the research algorithms.
3.Assist the development team in realizing the transformation from the data model to online applications and the implementation of related projects.
4.Review the selection of algorithm technologies such as machine learning and deep learning.
5.Track the application and implementation progress of new algorithm technologies at home and abroad, issue international cutting-edge technical research and analysis reports, reproduce cutting-edge algorithms, and apply them to the actual scenarios of products.
任职资格:
1.博士及以上学历,统计、应用数学、运筹学、计算机科学等相关专业;
2. 熟练掌握常用的数据挖掘、机器学习、深度学习算法,并有产品化经验,具备良好的算法选型能力以及机器学习优化经验;
3. 具备运用语言工具编写及封装相关算法的能力,熟练掌握C/C++、Golang、Python等至少2种编程语言,有一定的Hadoop等海量数据处理经验;
4.具备解读源码能力以及将模型研发和工程化应用转化为知识产权能力;
5. 具备系统化地分析和解决问题的技巧,具备较强的沟通能力;
6. 能在国际化的工作氛围内用英语以及其他语言流畅交流,具备跨文化沟通能力;
7. 具备离散制造行业算法研发和应用经验优先;
8.拥有丰富外部技术人脉资源与高校研究合作经验,优秀应届博士亦考虑;
9.具备海外研究或工作经验者优先,能够快速融入国际化团队并带来前沿技术理念。

2.Have a proficient command of commonly used data mining, machine learning, and deep learning algorithms, and have experience in productization. 3.Have good algorithm selection ability and experience in machine learning optimization. 4.Have the ability to interpret source code and the ability to transform model research and development and engineering applications into intellectual property rights.
5.Have systematic skills in analyzing and solving problems, and have strong communication skills.
6.Be able to communicate fluently in English and other languages in an international working atmosphere, and have cross-cultural communication skills.
7.Those with experience in algorithm research, development, and application in the discrete manufacturing industry will be given priority.
8.Have rich external technical networking resources and experience in research cooperation with universities. Outstanding fresh doctorate graduates will also be considered.
