
工作职责:
1.平台搭建与优化:引领基于 AIGC 技术的电气设计智能体平台搭建工作,持续优化平台架构,为工业自动化领域的电气设计提供智能化辅助,显著提升设计效率与质量。
2.核心功能开发:全面负责平台核心功能的编码实现,确保功能满足工业级应用的高可靠性与高性能需求。
3.系统架构设计:主导整体系统架构设计,从底层硬件资源到上层软件服务,进行全面规划,保障系统具备良好的扩展性与稳定性。
4.模型全流程管理:承担大模型训练任务,运用模型蒸馏、微调等技术对模型进行优化,最终实现模型在生产环境的高效部署,推动传统电气设计向智能化、自动化深度转型。
1.Platform Building and Optimization: Lead the construction of the intelligent agent platform for electrical design based on AIGC technology, continuously optimize the platform architecture, provide intelligent assistance for electrical design in the field of industrial automation, and significantly improve the design efficiency and quality.
2.Core Function Development: Take full responsibility for the coding implementation of the core functions of the platform to ensure that the functions meet the high-reliability and high-performance requirements of industrial-level applications.
3.System Architecture Design: Take the lead in the overall system architecture design, conduct comprehensive planning from the underlying hardware resources to the upper-layer software services, and ensure that the system has good scalability and stability.
4.Full-process Model Management: Undertake the task of large model training, optimize the model by using technologies such as model distillation and fine-tuning, and finally achieve the efficient deployment of the model in the production environment, promoting the deep transformation of traditional electrical design towards intelligence and automation.
任职资格:
1.学历与专业:博士学历优先,人工智能、计算机科学与技术、电气工程等相关专业,拥有深厚的学术背景。
2.技术能力:
-编程能力卓越,精通 Python、C++ 等主流编程语言,能够高效实现复杂算法与系统功能。
-熟悉 Linux 系统生态,具备分布式系统架构设计与运维经验,能够应对大规模系统部署与管理挑战。
-对机器学习、深度学习技术有深刻理解,拥有丰富的大模型训练、模型蒸馏、微调及部署实战经验,能够独立解决模型相关技术难题。
-熟练掌握 TensorFlow、PyTorch 等主流深度学习框架及相关工具,可自主搭建完善的训练与部署环境。
3.行业经验:对电气设计原理及工业自动化流程有深入理解,有相关领域工作或项目经验者优先;若有智能化设计软件或工业自动化智能系统研发经验,则更具优势,能够快速融入项目并发挥关键作用。
1.Education Background and Major: A doctorate degree is preferred. Relevant majors such as artificial intelligence, computer science and technology, and electrical engineering are required, with a solid academic background.
2.Technical Abilities:
-Excellent programming skills, proficient in mainstream programming languages such as Python and C++, and capable of efficiently implementing complex algorithms and system functions.
-Familiar with the Linux system ecosystem, with experience in the design and operation and maintenance of distributed system architectures, and able to handle the challenges of large-scale system deployment and management.
-Have a profound understanding of machine learning and deep learning technologies, possess rich practical experience in large model training, model distillation, fine-tuning, and deployment, and be able to independently solve technical problems related to models.
-Be proficient in mainstream deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch and related tools, and be able to independently build a complete training and deployment environment.
3.Industry Experience: Have an in-depth understanding of the principles of electrical design and industrial automation processes. Those with work or project experience in related fields are preferred; those with experience in the research and development of intelligent design software or intelligent systems for industrial automation will have more advantages, and are able to quickly integrate into the project and play a key role.
